You can telephone our provider and network relations department at 800-841-5328 Monday
through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. eastern time. After hours, or on weekends and
holidays, you can leave a voicemail message. A provider and network relations
representative will return your call the following business day.
Precertification services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please refer to
the toll-free precertification phone number on your patient’s ID card.
