Our Patient Care Management program is accredited for health utilization management by URAC, a leading independent health care accreditation agency committed to advancing health care quality and protecting all health care stakeholders through the promotion of uniform national health care standards.

Established in 1990, URAC encourages efficient and effective utilization review processes and works to continually improve the quality and efficiency of interactions between the utilization review industry and health care providers, purchasers, and payors. The organization has received national recognition for its efforts and maintains broad industry backing. Among states that regulate utilization review activities, many states now mandate URAC accreditation or waive state certification for URAC accredited organizations.
